Plaza updates include major upgrade to Tops Market and new national retailers

Rochester, N.Y., April 30, 2013 – DiMarco Group recently announced that it has commenced the renovation and expansion of Tops supermarket at Tops Brighton Plaza. Plaza landlord Neu Lac de Ville Associates and Tops Markets are collaborating on updating the entire plaza. Additional plaza improvements include complete façade renovations, enhanced pedestrian elements connectivity to the remainder of the plaza, and the addition of national retailer Rita’s Frozen Custard.

The Tops supermarket improvements, which are managed by DiMarco Constructors, include an expansion of 2,197 square feet and interior renovations.

Located at 1900 Clinton Ave. South, Tops Brighton Plaza offers 139,700 square feet of retail space on 14.3 acres of property. Other tenants include CVS, the U.S. Post Office and Amaya Bar & Grill.
